Prevention Strategies
- Street/Community outreach (SCO) includes street outreach to high risk areas
and community education presentations
- Health Education/Risk Reduction (HE/RR) groups are five workshops that
are interactive, fun, educational, stress reducing, and a time to share common experiences while giving and receive support.
- Comprehensive Risk Counseling Services (CRCS) is provided one on one to
individuals who have complex life issues.

- Decision-making on disclosure of HIV status
- Correct and consistent use of safer sex products
- Other harm reduction techniques.

All services are non-judgmental,
client-centered, culturally and linguistically tailored to meet the needs of targeted individuals and groups.
Project C.H.A.N.G.E. will be there when no one else is willing or able.
