Sheila Finley Sheila Finley works at St. Paul's Community Development Corporations as an Outreach Coordinator. She has supervised Passaic and Bergen Counties’ outreach
initiatives teams, as well as assisted staff and clients alike with educational and technical support. As opportunity
permitted, she has also acted as a liaison between clients and other supported agencies to help build a positive interactive
network. Prior to her current job my work schedule, she was a liaison to The Paterson Board of Education. There, she helped to compile
monthly reports for the Direct Wide Parent Coordinator's Office, as well as coordinated public relations for board meetings,
workshops, and seminars. She is a member of St.Luke's Baptist Church in Paterson. Sheila says, “As far
as my family is concerned, we have dinner together and we go to my place of worship together. We try to be very
happy, while maintaining a stable, family-oriented lifestyle with a positive outlook on life. They say a family
that prays together stays together.”

Parenthood Of Metropolitan New Jersey, Inc./Family Life Institute in the areas of sexual health, sexuality education, curriculum
development, counseling, and up-to-date information on issues of the family life and human sexuality. Through
extensive trainings, workshops, and statewide conferences, she has reached a great deal of adolescents, and teenagers while
facilitating and presenting on safe sexual decisions, to develop meaningful parent-child relationships and to make positive
contributions to their communities. She is a proud mother of one son.
Ms. Haynes is extremely proud
of the Teen LINKS Program (Leaders Impacting Neighbors with Knowledge on Sexuality) located in Paterson and Newark, New Jersey;
which is a program, dedicated to educating youth within the neighborhood regarding sexuality. Teen LINKS
is part of the Teen Health Education and Leadership Program, which was established in 1979 in Newark, N.J. In
2005 this program was introduced into the Paterson community. The teenagers in the program are dedicated
to informing their peers about sexuality education, gangs, drugs, healthy relationships, teen pregnancy and a number of varied
topics. Stacey earned a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Health Education from Montclair State University, 2003 recipient of the Carol Donovan Award, which recognizes a
student of the year of the Health Education Department who has “risen quickly to the forefront with new ideas, energy,
and commitment.” She is also a member of the boards of directors of Human Services Advisory Council
Board, Paterson Healthy Mothers/Healthy Babies, and CAPCO, Inc., (Coalition on AIDS in Passaic County, Inc.).
