The CAPCO mission is to foster
and support efforts throughout Bergen and Passaic Counties to improve the quality of life for people living with, and affected
by, HIV Disease. We shall accomplish this by promoting health, providing networking
and educational opportunities, and influences policies to benefit the people we are dedicated to serve.
